Zippy Winner Instant Game
OFFICIAL RULES
ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. The Zippy Winner Instant Win Game ("Promotion") is open only to legal US residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older on date of entry and are a registered member of Zippy Winner. In order to win a prize, a contestant must first be a registered member of Zippy Winner (registration is free at Zippy Winner). Void where otherwise prohibited by law, rule, regulation or ordinance. Direct employees of Zippy Winner, ("Sponsor") and SCAinteractive ("Administrator"), collectively the "Contest Providers" and "Judges", or their affiliates, agents, advertising, promotion, production agencies, members of their immediate families, or those with whom they are domiciled are not eligible. Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any Participant who enters when it is illegal for them to do so. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges which are final and binding in all respects.
HOW TO PLAY: The Promotion begins no earlier than 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET), September 15th, 2024 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET, August 31, 2025. To enter, login to your account on the Zippy Winner website, then click the Promotion link. Proceed and play the game ("Spin to Win Game"). Upon completion of the Spin to Win Game (an "Entry"), you will see if you are an instant winner. If a winner, a message will appear on the computer screen indicating whether you are a potential winner; and if you receive a message stating you are a potential winner and you have complied with these official rules, you are the potential winner of a daily prize as set forth in the Prize(s)/Odds paragraph below, pending verification. Upon verification, you will be deemed an official winner and will receive your prize within 4-6 weeks at the address on record for your account. ALL POTENTIAL WINNING ENTRIES ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE GAME SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING ENTRY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. ANY ENTRY THAT OCCURS AFTER THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED FOR ANY REASON IS DEEMED A DEFECTIVE PLAY AND IS VOID AND WILL NOT BE HONORED.
RESTRICTIONS: Limit one (1) entry per person per day, per email address, per panel account. The same person cannot play from more than one account. All information included in the entry process shall become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged except as provided herein. Sponsor, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, information providers, content providers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion, are not responsible for any failure of any electronic equipment, computer transmissions and/or network connections, nor are they responsible for any inaccuracies in information which may be used in the Promotion, or for any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of attempts, including data entered by entrants. Sponsor, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, information providers, content providers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion, reserve the right to discontinue the Promotion at any time, in which event, only Entries received prior that date will be considered. Entries and registration information are written to a digitally encoded audit log, which must be validated to verify any claim.
PRIZE(S)/ODDS:
There are a total of thirteen (13) prizes to be won in the Promotion:
· Twelve (12) MONTHLY PRIZES (one per month): $250
· ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE (one per year): $1,000
Thirteen (13) random winning times have been computer-generated, one for each Prize. If you are the first participant to play the Spin to Win Game and submit an Entry on or after any one of the random times you will be a potential winner of one of the prizes, subject to verification. The odds of winning one of the prizes depend on date and time of Entry. Limit one prize per person, family or household per prize category. Prize(s) will only be awarded upon winner validation and verification. No prize transfers, substitutions or cash equivalents are permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If a prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Decisions of judges are final. Taxes, fees or other charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner(s). If due to a printing, production or other error, more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified and validated prize claims received by Sponsor. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. Only registered members of Zippy Winner are eligible to win prizes.
WINNER NOTIFICATION AND AWARDING OF PRIZES: Potential winners will be notified at the e-mail address that is on record for their account. If potential winner(s) cannot be contacted using the information on account, or is ineligible, or if the notification of prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited. No unclaimed prizes will be awarded. By participating, a winner, except where prohibited by law, grants Sponsor, Sponsor's designee and their affiliated companies the right to use the winner's name, likeness, picture, portrait, hometown, voice, biographical information and written submissions and written or oral statements, for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless required by law. Contest Providers reserve the right to substitute a prize for another of equal or greater value for any reason. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner. The value of any prize may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. If the prize requires a filing of a 1099 form, the winner must show a valid Social Security card with proper identification in order to claim the prize.
DISQUALIFICATION/TERMINATION: Sponsor, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, information providers, content providers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic, including those resulting from the efforts of hackers. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Promotion, as solely determined by the judges, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above abuses, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate a contestant's eligibility to participate. In the event any portion of this Promotion is compromised by virus, bugs, hackers, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, information providers, content providers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupts, or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the Promotion. Sponsor, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, information providers, content providers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion are not responsible for any Entry, which is generated by computer hardware or software or automated device, malfunction, error or failure, or is tampered with or subject to any non-authorized human intervention. Any person with multiple accounts on Zippy Winner and/or in the Promotion may be disqualified if those accounts are deemed to be fraudulent.
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE: Contestants who encounter technical difficulties are advised to click on the Help link on the Zippy Winner Instant Win Game website.
Prize Collection Requirements: If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within three (3) business days of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit the prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: The decisions of the Contest Providers are final on all matters of fact, interpretation, eligibility, procedure and fulfillment. By entering this contest, you acknowledge acceptance of all contest rules and agree to be bound by them. Contest Providers reserve the right to withdraw, amend or terminate this Contest at any time without prior notice.
GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE: The terms and conditions of these Official Rules, as well as the conduct of this Promotion, shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas. As a condition of entering this Promotion, entrant agrees that: (1) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for any losses or damages, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and waives any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; (2) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by binding arbitration, the site of said arbitration being the state of Texas; and (3) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys fees.
LIABILITY RELEASE: By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release Sponsor, its employees and directors, affiliated companies, participating sponsors, information providers, content providers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion from any and all liability, loss or damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with: (i) the awarding, receipt, use or misuse of the prize or participation in any prize-related activity or this Promotion; (ii) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Sponsor's control); (iii) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (iv) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the Sponsor) due to any reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor; and (v) any tax implications. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.
PRIVACY: All personal information will be treated in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy policy.
